hCG Weight Loss Diet

We offer the renown hCG weight loss diet at any of our clinics. Prior to participating in the hCG program, you will be required to have fasting blood work done. This lab work is important to review, as it will not only help monitor your progress, it will assist in the evaluation of any underlying health issues you may not be aware of. Your body measurements will be taken, along with your blood pressure, pulse and weight. It will be important to keep an accounting of your progress, which includes food diaries and a weight chart. A detox is an important first step in this process. The environment has changed greatly since Dr. Simeons first presented his hCG protocol in the 1950’s and a detox prior to the diet has been found to increase the rate of success in some individuals.

History of the hCG program: Dr. A.T.W. Simeons was a physician who lived in Italy and specialized in weight loss. He developed a weight loss protocol using hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and wrote a book in the 1950’s about this method. A comprehensive overview of his protocol can be found in Dr. Simeons’ book, entitled “Pounds and Inches: A new approach to obesity.” The book is readily available through online and physical book vendors.

Well just because one test namely TSH is normal doesn’t mean that the thyroid is functioning optimally.  In fact most labs are based on a “normal” range that simply means that is where 95 percent of the population is: between one number and the next.
